Once your order is placed the items will be shipped promptly. If you are not fully satisfied, return your hearing devices to us within 45 days for a full refund. *According to the FDA, it is in your best health interest to obtain a professional medical evaluation before purchasing hearing devices and you are encouraged to do so.
